Permanent Secretary, Ministry of National Security, Ms. Natasha Barrow attended the closing ceremony for the SEACOP Phase VI Programme, Seaport Corporation Project, Train the Trainers Advanced Rummage and Pedagogical Courses respectively.
The ceremony took place at the University of Trinidad and Tobago's Maritime Technical Cooperation Center, Chaguaramas. Course participants came not only from Trinidad and Tobago but also from across the region, including participants from Antigua and Barbuda, Barbados, Dominica, Grenada, Guyana, Jamaica, St. Kitts and Nevis, St. Vincent and the Grenadines, and St. Lucia.
PS Barrow thanked everyone who made themselves, and resources available, to make this training possible. She stated that she looks forward to continued future collaborations under the Seaport Corporation Project, aimed at disrupting illicit flows, to the safeguarding of our region and our citizens collectively.
